NY Yankees' $161 Million Man Is 1-3 This Year

(CC Sabathia wipes his brow and says "Whew - its a good thing that I am not a corporate CEO pulling down $23 million per year despite having a crappy year. The public would attack me then.")

Angels drop $161 million man Sabathia to 1-3

NEW YORK - Matt Palmer’s paycheck is no match for CC Sabathia. Take a look at their win totals, though.

Palmer outpitched Sabathia for his second major league victory, and the Los Angeles Angels broke open a tight game in the late innings to beat the New York Yankees 8-4 on Saturday.

Kendry Morales homered and drove in two runs, Torii Hunter chased Sabathia with a two-run double in a four-run seventh and the Angels ended New York’s four-game winning streak.
